Shipping policy

We have a current turnaround time of 7-14 working days for all orders. This means it can take up to 14 working days for your order to dispatch - please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Please check your junk/spam folder for any order confirmation emails.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail - 2nd class as standard with the option to upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout. 

Pricing is dependent on the weight/amount of items in your order and can range from £1-£3.30 for untracked postage. Royal Mail now only deliver 2nd class items every other day, and no longer deliver on Saturdays. Please keep this in mind.

If you select standard uk shipping, your order can take up to 12 working days to arrive (this does not include weekends or bank holidays). If you select tracked shipping your parcel should arrive with you in 48 business hours once it has been dispatched.
